A Limited Liability Corporation is formed to allow developers and/or a group of individuals to purchase the company over a period of time with the present owners carrying financing for the purchase of the 54 acre property. Owner will also carry financing on the 20 acre parcels.

There is a demand for this development mainly from individuals in South eastern British Columbia and Southern Alberta. This development is about a five hour drive from Calgary. There are two major 18 hole golf developments within this region that has been marketed mainly to residents of Calgary.

The owners have just completed construction of a modern 90 site full service RV Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho and were going to develop this property but have decided to turn this venture to a developer, individuals or group to complete. 

The 20 acre property title is in the owners name and the 54 acre parcel is titled in the name of J & L Resort Montana LLC.
