78 ACRE PARCELS

This is the section is being developed as a company, J & L Resort Montana LLC. Although the property is fairly steep there is benches aligned with the access road with significant building sites and very scenic views. There is also large plateau on the top that is very scenic and good development area. The road has been let grow over to keep the property in it's present pristine state but will be upgraded and available for site inspection by mid May. We are offering shares for those wishing to be residents and/or investors in this venture.

There is 100 shares total and shares will be subscribed with eight investors contracting for purchase of 10 shares over a five year period. The eight investors can be individuals and/or groups but each parcel of shares will represent one MEMBER in the J & L Resort Montana LLC. The initial inventors will form the management group and assist in overseeing the development of this property.

An package for investors will be available by March 27th but there is only eight packages prepared for review of prospective investors. We will however take names of interested individual and/or groups interested and they will be placed on a list in the order that they express their interest. Those receiving a package must sign a confidentiality agreement prior to our sending out the documents. Those that have packages will be visiting the property on April 19th when they will have to either subscribe or return their packages to the Company. Those that have shown interest will be invited to this site visit and will be able to take advantage of and subscriptions not acted on.
